IP Design Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for talented and experienced IP Design Engineers to join our IP Development team. The selected candidates will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality digital IP blocks, from specification and micro-architecture through RTL development and synthesis handoff.

You will work closely with Verification, Physical Design, and SoC Integration teams to deliver robust, reusable, and signoff-quality IPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand design specifications and translate them into detailed micro-architecture.
• Develop high-quality, synthesizable RTL using Verilog and SystemVerilog.
• Own the IP design cycle from specification → micro-architecture → RTL coding → lint/CDC/RTC analysis → synthesis handoff.
• Perform lint, CDC, and RTC analysis, identify violations, determine root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.
• Work closely with verification teams during testbench bring-up, debugging, and functional verification.
• Analyze and debug RTL/verification mismatches and support coverage closure.
• Collaborate with Physical Design and SoC Integration teams to ensure smooth IP handoff.
• Follow design methodologies and coding guidelines to deliver high-quality and reusable RTL.
